It always makes me laugh when I read about Roddenberry wanting to make Star Trek different from the art deco, streamline inspired "space age" look of the 50s...It's art design is so mid century modern that it hurts, and is easy to parody.
So, I need a small DM screen for Star Trek...wondering what art to use on the players side...space or planet scapes? Starship recognition drawings? Technical type stuff? Or maybe backdrops of ship interiors?
So I was hunting to see if Jaybats great Archer/Saggitarius class paper model was still out in the webs for download..it isn't. But this simple one is. Anyhow after being online for hours I forgot that what I had started with, was trying to find space encounter/hook tables to help with the next "episode" os S&S.
