This is a game I saw advertised in The Dragon fairly often, and heard about from other nerds, never got to inspect or play however.  All I knew then was Metagaming had something or other to do with Steve Jackson...but then EVERY game and publisher seemed to have Steve Jackson affiliation at some time...by the by he is seemingly a nice guy, I had a short email conversation with him once upon a time...early 2000s I believe, funny that I cannot recall what it was in regard too now. Wargaming and figures is all I can remember. Something about Plastic toy soldiers, at least they were involved... ugh.

     I have some Gurps stuff for Star Trek, but I am not a fan of that system.  Funny side note; I am an official Car Wars champion, believe it or not. I allowed myself to be talked into entering a tournement game of it way back during one of the Alaska-Cons back in the early 90s.  My buddy Shane was a fan and needed a warm body to make up the number for the turney...so I played, and came out the winner, more or less by accident. I got some goodies from Steve Jackson and a gift certificate to the Comic Shop in Fairbanks...40 dollars I think.  Anyhow gave the goodies to Shane, spent the certficate on Battletech.
