So, using a paper model of this Romulan Scout from TNG or whatever...I retrostyled it to get something that I kind of like; a sort of early Romulan Warbird ship. anyway, It's one of my early efforts, so there were a lot of mistakes, and I painted it to cover some of them...anyway here you go.
I can't say why, but Meyer's Little Monster books really impressed my imagination when I was little. I still find my visual imagination (mind's eye?) heavily influenced by these images...
Italian? Spanish? Korean? this oddball animation is bizarre to say the least.
I guess it's sort of Sleeping Beauty; with prehistoric animals, magical green auras, dogs riding giant snails, and parchments written in "Ancient Dinosauric".
Santa Anna was drawn to New York by a Cuban who was running a con, claiming that if Anna could up the money, he could get Cuba to back him regaining the Mexican Presidency. Anna had no money, but he DID have a warehouse full of Sapodilla Sap and figured that it might be the key to making a rubber substitute and making a fortune in the burgeoning industrial revolution, that would bankroll his political revolution. instead he lost his shirt, skipped town to avoid debt, and left one Thomas Adams, his inventor/collaborator, with a big bunch of the Sapodilla sap.
