Is a fun tongue in cheek game, it plays fast, and is enjoyable family fun. Also has nice space roman 3d buildings, but nothing as elaborate as these players have custom made.
So, the gdw boxed stand-alone game Temple of the Beast Men has been on my radar since the end 80s, when I saw it at the Fairbanks Comic Shop. I've been wanting to get my hands on one for years, it's fairly rare, and I have seen maybe 4 sets go up on ebay in all my years wasting time browsing there. So, imagine my shock this month; there are 3 complete sets as seperate auctions on the platform. Averaging in the 75 dollar range with shipping, it is tempting to make a bid...payday is only days away you know....but I already have a big bid out on a battletech lot...
these poseable robots captured my attention years ago when they were being offered at the Palmer Fred Meyer. I skipped them because I just couldn't quite bring myself to buy one for testing. The 12 inch height would make them great battletech stand ins for 1/32 skirmish wargaming.
