So it's the firstest of the menses and therefore my favorite time of the month, when I get my monthly mad money.  this is my budgeted spending dough for hobby stuffs.  games, books, toys, art supplies...whatever so long as it's inside the budget.   I ought to have used some for lead weights, for treat foods and beverages.  and saved some.  instead; I splurged on  D&D related cool stuff and "MY" book.

recognize this? I got a replacement coming for the one I gave away!

The Deerpig or Babirusha is a rarely thought of pig species, but there are two different Safari/BBI/Schleich/Papo figures for it and I think it'd look cooler than a warthog for a pig faced orc mount, or a Hellpig...  for one thing, they are agressive, and if they don't use the upper incisor tusks enough, they will grow INTO THE SKULL...and that's pretty orcish to me.

Replicants has develped techniques for injection molding affordable small runs...like 1000 figures or so...it looks like they are making injection molds with a bronze paperclay material, this would be soft and easily shaped by hand like putty, then sintered in a kiln to turn it into fused bronze suitable for small injection machines.  Mated with three d print technology for making the masters and it is a new world for toymakers.  Though I don't know, I suspect it is similar to how Warhansa, Chintoys, etc. are doing things...,
